Bluth led a $15 million injection of capital into Enesco LLC  (www.enesco.com) in 2011.  Enesco is a global leader in the giftware and home and garden décor industries.   Bluths’s investment and the accompanying recapitalization of the company’s balance sheet allowed a new management team the operating flexibility to implement a significant turnaround in the business.  Bluth assessed the risk/return of the capital infusion and believed the investment merits were attractive.  Bluth successfully exited its investment when Enesco was sold in 2015.
